DIGITIZED FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER FROM THE MASTER REEL

Houston, Texas—March 22, 2012—Work on this album began in March 1992 at Harbor Studios in Alvin, Texas with Jerry “Flash” Weatherton and was completed in July of that year. Before its release, a series of events lead the group and engineer to believe that the master reel had become damaged; so this album was considered lost.  As opposed to sending off the master reel to be manufactured on cassette, as planned, they resorted to desperate measures and began dubbing it themselves from the only existing version of the album they knew: an old, worn-out cassette copy; complete with xerox covers. This explains why the recording always sounded like it was on a damaged tape.
